Welcome to
Holy Christian Family Orphanage
In the Holy Christain Family Orphanage, we have been rehabilitating abandoned and vulnerable children in our society. The outcome of the lives of these children impacts us all in many ways.
Holy Christian Family Orphanage is a non- governmental, non-profit organization which was established in 2007 by the family of Mr Jefferson Woods, as a fulfillment of a vow made to God some years back. We were established out of the desire to provide shelter, succor, clothing, emotional care and hope for a better future for the vulnerable children in our society.
Jefferson Woods had always believed in the power of family. Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, he grew up in a humble yet loving home where kindness and generosity were not just words but a way of life. His parents, devout believers in community service, taught him from a young age that the true measure of a person was not in their wealth but in the lives they touched. As Jefferson grew older. Their home was filled with laughter, warmth, and love. Margaret was a wonderful mother, always planning family trips, cooking hearty meals, and making sure their home was a place of joy. Jefferson, a hardworking man, was dedicated to his business, ensuring his family never lacked anything. It was an ordinary Saturday morning when Jefferson's world shattered. Margaret had taken the girls out for a weekend road trip, leaving.
In Holy Christian Family Orphanage, we have been rehabilitating abandoned and vulnerable children in our society. The outcome of the lives of these children impacts us all in many ways. Let society beware; if left alone, the larger population of impoverished children living in our city streets will most likely grow up to be dangerous elements and of cause unable to fulfill their purpose.
At Holy Christian Family Orphanage, we believe every orphan child should have the same education, opportunity and basic amenity as children with parents. We exist to ensure that the orphans are adequately catered
To provide succor for the abandoned, orphaned and vulnerable children until they are either given up for adoption, guardianship or are equipped to live an independent life.
To rehabilitate and defend abandoned and orphaned children. To nurture these children in a Christian family set up. To provide physical, emotional and spiritual care.
